Crowne Plaza Hotel – Mawson Lakes

This project presented multiple challenges, including an existing structure originally designed for residential apartments that had to be modified for a multi-use building. It also featured very tight access on a busy corner with three street frontages. Despite these complexities, the team successfully delivered the project on time and within budget.
